Stone Flooring

We supply and install all types of natural stones also as engineered stones like terrazzo. We also provide grinding and polishing of surfaces. Our range of services also includes supply and installation of porcelain, terracotta, mosaic (natural or artificial stone).

We are specialists in internal and external cladding of natural and engineered stones mechanically/chemically fixed. We also offer technical support.

Manufacturing

Our factory is only 35 minutes from central London. We have Waterjet and CNC machines in the facilities.

The manufacturing process of stone requires specialized equipment and skilled craftsmen, as well as a strong focus on quality and safety. The final product is a beautiful and durable material that can be used in a variety of applications, from construction to interior design.

 

  • Quarrying: Stone is extracted from quarries, which are mines that extract rock, such as granite, marble, or limestone.

  • Fabrication: The slabs are cut into the desired shapes and sizes to be used in countertops, flooring, or other stone products

  • Block cutting: The extracted stone blocks are cut into slabs using large saws.

  • Finishing: The cut pieces are sanded and polished to create a smooth and uniform finish.

  • Polishing: The slabs are polished to enhance the natural beauty of the stone and to produce a smooth surface.

  • Installation: The finished stone products are then installed in homes or buildings, either as flooring, countertops, or wall cladding.

Stone  Supply

We supply stones from various quarries from Europe and worldwide – The process is very simple. You can send us an image of the material desired then we can provide a sample or show you the slabs in the real size. We supply a large range of Italian and Greek marbles also as Spanish and Portuguese stones.  e work in close partnership with one of the major suppliers of British stone. They keep various samples of Portland stone, Purbeck, Yorkstone also as British marbles and granites in their showroom in Chelsea.

Survey & Drawings

We do electronic survey, 3D scans, hardboard templating also as produce CAD drawings, cutting sheets, visuals and mock ups.   

Electronic surveys and 3D scans provide accurate data of large areas also as complex shapes. Visual drawings and mock ups give the client a very approximate image of the finished product even before the material be cut.

Cleaning & Restoration

We are experts in maintenance and restoration of marble and other stone types. We have maintenance contracts with hotels and restaurants in London
